Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship from Cyprus and offer the following options:
Cyprus (domestic):
- Box Now (Locker Delivery): 1–3 business days
- ACS Home Delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
